Jensen Beach man found guilty of lesser charge in assault related to wife's prostitution

A Jensen Beach man who claimed he shot his wife's prostitution customer in self-defense was acquitted of the most serious assault and battery charges Friday by a Martin County jury. But Daniel Diodato, whom the jury also convicted of a felony for deriving proceeds from prostitution, still faces prison time.
