Philly officer who struck woman from Chester after Puerto Rican Day parade acquitted of assault charge

PHILADELPHIA - A judge today acquitted a former city police officer who was charged with assault after he was captured on video slapping a woman from Chester during an altercation after the Puerto Rican Day Parade.
