Lions' Nick Fairley due in court in February in DUI case

Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley waived his appearance in Mobile (Ala.) County Circuit Court on Thursday and entered a not guilty plea through his attorney on charges stemming from a May arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol, a court clerk said.
