Hearing Monday over assault charge in Armin Jahr school shooting
The Washington State Court of Appeals will hear arguments Monday morning over whether Kitsap County prosecutors can proceed with an assault charge against the owner of the gun that critically injured 9-year-old Amina Kocer-Bowman at Armin Jahr Elementary School in February.
