Attorney: Santa Clara County Jail nurses implicated in drug theft were negligent, not criminal
The attorney for two nurses accused of stealing drugs from Santa Clara County Jail says his clients were negligent, not criminal, when authorities caught them with prescription medications meant for inmates.
