KINGSTON, N.Y. ? A self-professed high-ranking member of the Bloods street gang who was arrested in Kingston?s Operation Clean Sweep last spring has been convicted of felony drug sales following a trial in Ulster County Court, the county District Attorney?s Office said Monday.
