Harmony ISD substitute indicted, arrested for sexual assault charge

A Harmony ISD substitute teacher was arrested and released from the Upshur County Jail on Wednesday, charged with sexual assault of a child and online solicitation of a minor, District Attorney Billy Byrd said.
