Santa Rosa man, 82, faces attempted murder charge ? bicyclist run down

An 82-year-old Santa Rosa man accused of running a bicyclist down with his Toyota on a golf course was charged with attempted murder Friday, according to the Sonoma County District Attorney?s office. Harry Edward Smith, 82, was remanded back into custody after a judge increased his bail to $1 million.
