Prosecutor Russell Lorfing has resigned from the already understaffed Office of the Attorney General's Criminal Division. Assistant attorney general Lorfing confirmed with Saipan Tribune that he turned in his resignation letter yesterday to Attorney General Edward T. Buckingham.
