Convicted DUI offender will serve 13 1/2 years
A man convicted of his fourth felony charge of driving under the influence ? and his 17th, including misdemeanors, dating to 1975 ? was chastised for cowardice in the aftermath of a traffic crash that has robbed an 11-year-old girl ?of the simple joys of childhood,? according to prosecutors.
