Franconia doctor accused of peddling prescription drugs gets some seized assets back

NORRISTOWN ? Under a limited agreement with prosecutors, an elderly Montgomery County doctor can have access to some of his assets that were previously seized by authorities while he awaits trial for allegedly prescribing painkillers to drug addicts.
