Attorney faces sex assualt charge
ALAMOSA ? Prosecutors have charged a 38-year-old Sanford attorney with sexual assault following a Jan. 3 incident. Byron Miller, who serves as the attorney for Conejos County's Department of Human Services, also faces misdemeanor charges for harassment and obstructing the use of his victim's phone.
