A 26-year-old Jamestown man who allegedly killed his infant daughter could face a homicide charge after a court hearing next month. Tuolumne County District Attorney Mike Knowles previously had charged Kevin Michael Boehmer with assault on a child under 8 years old resulting in coma or paralysis. He amended the charge after the girl, 3-month-old Kalie Boehmer, was pronounced dead.
