Assault charge against Beach councilman withdrawn

VIRGINIA BEACH (AP) -- A Virginia Beach councilman no longer faces a domestic assault charge. A special prosecutor agreed Wednesday to withdraw the misdemeanor charge against Councilman John Uhrin in Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.
