Sweetwater attorney pleads guilty to unlawful carrying of a weapon

Sweetwater attorney John Young pleaded guilty Thursday to a lesser charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon in relation to a June 2011 incident where he allegedly pulled a 9mm handgun on peace officer at Sweetwater residence, court officials said.
