Man held on armed assault to murder charge in Tewksbury

TEWKSBURY -- A 25-year-old Waltham man who police say was angry that relatives in Tewksbury refused to bail him out after a domestic-assault arrest is now charged with breaking into his relatives' home and trying to kill them.
