Old Town Chinatown sees fewer drug crimes 9 months after Drug Impact Areas established

In the first six months, 254 people were excluded from the three areas police saw as hot spots: Old Town-Chinatown, a neighboring portion of downtown Portland and a large swath around Lloyd Center.
