Candidate in D.A. race files suit over Trutanich ballot descriptions

Alan Jay Jackson, a deputy district attorney, wants to prevent L.A. City Atty. Carmen Trutanich from calling himself 'chief prosecutor' or 'chief criminal prosecutor' on the June ballot.
