Friday February 24, 2012 BENNINGTON -- A Stamford man pleaded guilty Wednesday to domestic assault, obstructing justice and to 106 counts of violating court orders. Anthony E. Waters, 35, was scheduled for a trial that day, when he would have faced an aggravated domestic assault charge along with an assault and robbery charge, in addition to the obstruction of justice and violation claims.
