Prison for driver in DUI fatality

Wednesday morning, just weeks after she turned legal drinking age, Evelyn Freeman pleaded guilty to felony driving under the influence. Circuit Judge Thomas Hughston, who said his heart goes out to everyone involved in the crash, handed down a five-year sentence and suspended it to one year in prison with five years on probation.
