Oklahoma City councilman's DUI hearing postponed; Attorney questions felony charge
A preliminary hearing conference in Ward 7 Oklahoma City Councilman Ronald ?Skip? Kelly's felony DUI case was postponed Thursday until April. Kelly's attorney said he doesn't think a new law making the felony charge automatic should apply to Kelly, but the prosecutor in the case disagrees.
